The following Terms and Conditions apply to every person who engages the services of UA Choice Matchmaking for any reason. They are to protect you and the women we represent from any illegal or scamming activity and to ensure that all members (men and women) who join can do so in a safe and secure manner. By applying our services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments posted to this website by UA Choice Matchmaking at any time. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other communication entered into between you and UA Choice Matchmaking then these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence at all times. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted to this website.
Collection and use of information
UA Choice Matchmaking provides services to people looking to find a partner for a long-term relationship or marriage.
UA Choice Matchmaking is committed to providing a safe environment for you to meet, converse with and get to know other people. UA Choice Matchmaking acts at all times as a safe conduit for you to distribute your profile information to others.
By becoming a member of UA Choice Matchmaking and / or its website you grant our team an irrevocable perpetual nonexclusive worldwide right to use, display and distribute your information by any means known now or in the future and to use this content for any purposes whatsoever without any notice or compensation to you including without limitation the using on the website and preparing derivative works of or incorporating into other works.
UA Choice Matchmaking will not be liable to you or any other party for any use it makes of your information provided by you to UA Choice Matchmaking.
Registration
When registering, we require providing sufficient information to indicate that the Client is 18 years old. It is implicitly and warrants that he/she is at least 18 years old, which is the minimum required age to join our agency;
When registering, Client must not have been convicted of a violent or sexually related criminal offence in any country; and not have previously been banned from using this website or any other similar website;
Becoming a Client he/she must not be currently married or in a long term relationship;
Client's Acceptance
UA Choice Matchmaking reserves every legal right to refuse services to any prospective or paid Client (applicant) due to concerns regarding the respective person’s past, present, or future conduct.
Any client who provides false information regarding personal data as status and legal identification, or refuses to provide it, will be denied and the privileges and services cancelled with no right to indemnification.
The Client (if a United States of America citizen) understands and accepts that UA Choice Matchmaking complies with IMBRA (the International Marriage Broker Act). UA Choice Matchmaking may ask the Client to complete a criminal and marital background form, which may be translated into the woman’s native language and given to her for her review. If deemed necessary, we will also conduct a background sex offender check.
Guarantees & Disclaimers
UA Choice Matchmaking facilitates communication between parties. We are not responsible for, nor can we guarantee, the privacy of information that you elect to provide to our represented women. The Client agrees to release UA Choice Matchmaking from any and all liability for using any information obtained by any third party as a result of your use of this Service. We are not responsible for the content of any messages that you privately exchange out of our Service, nor are we responsible for the actions that may result from such information.
This Service intends only to promote and help our clients develop a future relationship between our represented women with a view towards marriage, streamline possible modes of communication, and ensure appropriate codes of conduct for both parties through the use of our services.
The Client agrees and understands that UA Choice Matchmaking, through its best efforts, will introduce the Client to its represented females, based upon the parameters prescribed, outlined by the Client and accepted by the represented women.
UA Choice Matchmaking makes no representations or guarantees about the motives or character of any chosen women or regarding the validity of any information submitted by the female to us. It is possible that the introduced women may not match all the parameters prescribed and outlined by the Client; however, upon the Client’s request and Service level, we may perform an extensive background check completed on any candidate in whom he is interested.
In any case, UA Choice Matchmaking assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any actions or events which may occur as a result of any introductions initiated by UA Choice Matchmaking. Our work is strictly limited to providing information, coaching, and assistance to the Client, guiding his steps, and screening women in whom he is interested regarding the prospect of a personal meeting.
UA Choice Matchmaking assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for the outcome of its strictly defined services.
The owners of this Service make no guarantees or warranties of any kind regarding the integrity of any of the information included in any represented profiles or any correspondence as a result of the use of this Service. UA Choice Matchmaking will not be liable to the Client or any third person for any damages, whether direct or indirect or punitive damages (except where prohibited).
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold UA Choice Matchmaking and its employees, director, and representatives harmless from any damages, demands or losses that may result from the use of the Service.
Any actions that occur because of this Service will be deemed to have happened in Ukraine. If there are any disputes, they must be submitted to binding arbitration, subject to the policies and rules of Ukrainian law. Neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees. All arbitration must take place in Ukraine. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, all other provisions in this Agreement shall remain in full effect.
UA Choice Matchmaking does not recommend that Clients travel to visit any women based solely on their online correspondence. We recommend that you independently confirm any material issues through Skype or other means before travelling to any represented by us lady.
Under no circumstances does UA Choice Matchmaking condone or advise that Client give money to any person represented by our agency or any person that Client may meet in conjunction with our site, including employees, for any reason whatsoever. If the Client chooses to give money for any reason whatsoever, the Client does so at his own risk and agrees to hold UA Choice Matchmaking harmless. If the Client feels there is a problem with a profile or correspondence, please notify us at once, and we will investigate.
We strongly advise that if the Client intends to meet any of the represented women in communication, contact our office before travelling and allow us to make the arrangements. We do not recommend letting the represented women make any of the Client’s travel or interpreter arrangements, especially during the first visit.
UA Choice Matchmaking at Client’s request, within the purchased Service, runs background checks on any of the represented women on our website. Additional background checks beyond the established in the Service can be executed at a fee. In any case, UA Choice Matchmaking ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any actions or events which may occur as a result of any introductions initiated by UA Choice Matchmaking.
The information contained on this website may provide general legal information but is not intended to give legal advice or counsel on any specific legal matter. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not be trusted instead of legal counsel. Links provided on this website are for the information and enjoyment of online readers and do not constitute an endorsement of products or services represented there.
Limitation of Liability
UA Choice Matchmaking will not be liable to the Client or any third person for any damages, whether direct or indirect or punitive damages. In no event will the extent of the injuries exceed the amount paid, if any, by the Client.
Pricing and Fees
You agree to pay all fees and charges including introduction fees and fees for any other services provided by UA Choice Matchmaking at any time.
UA Choice Matchmaking reserves the right to change fees charged or introduce new fees at any time.
There is a personal introduction fee payable when both a man and woman agree to be introduced to each other through UA Choice Matchmaking.
This fee will be part of the personal introduction package arranged by UA Choice Matchmaking. A quote for each individual package including travel, airport transfers and accommodation will be provided additionally by clients request and must be paid in full in advance.
In the case of the great job of UA Choice Matchmaking the payment for a successful match and with all services, gratuity can be additionally provided and appreciated.
Termination
UA Choice Matchmaking may terminate any membership at any time for any reason whatsoever.
If UA Choice Matchmaking terminates your membership because you have breached these Terms and Conditions you will not be entitled to a refund of your payment.
UA Choice Matchmaking reserves the right to decline to register, suspend or terminate any Client without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, UA Choice Matchmaking may terminate your payment if:
A serious complaint or multiple complaints have been received about you from other members which UA Choice Matchmaking has reasonable grounds to believe are well founded; and / or
You breach these Terms and Conditions; and / or
You impersonate another member; and / or
You provide false information about yourself or others; and / or
If UA Choice Matchmaking in its sole discretion deems your behavior to be unacceptable.
If you do not intend to meet a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future long-term relationship or marriage you must refrain from using UA Choice Matchmaking Services.
Warning – Please read
It may be possible for others to obtain personal information about our Clients due to the use of the Service and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure. UA Choice Matchmaking is not responsible for using or misusing any personal information that our Client may choose to disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information you release to others using our Service directly or indirectly.
Anti scam & Refund policy
In UA Choice Matchmaking, we personally verify each lady who registers with us by keeping copies of her passport, marital status statement as well as personal interviews. We must make sure that every lady is genuine and serious. All Slavic women in our database must be at least 23 years old.
We highly encourage members to report all claims of scamming because this helps us offer a high-quality service. Therefore, if you think you’ve been subjected to scamming, please contact us and provide as much evidence as possible, e.g. chat transcript, letters, links, and so forth. Then we will investigate and inform you of our decision.
We can transfer the refund directly to your PayPal account if you like.
Every exposed scammer will be deleted from our database immediately.
WHAT IS A SCAM?
A woman’s profile is listed on the dating site; however, she doesn’t know her dating profile is used.
A woman intentionally refuses to have a video chat with you after having regular communication previously, including text chat and letters – she ignores your invitations / doesn’t turn up at the agreed time / doesn’t switch on her web camera that was confirmed by her previously.
A woman asks for gifts or money.
A woman’s introduction is intentionally incorrect (she is actually in a relationship / she didn’t tell us that she has kids / her age is not real / her photos don’t represent her current appearance.
A woman doesn’t appear at an agreed meeting without a good reason.
WHAT IS NOT A SCAM?
The woman hasn’t answered all of your questions.
The woman decides that she isn’t interested in you anymore.
The woman has pictures of her family / relatives / male friends / ex-husband / ex-boyfriend as well as other personal data posted on any online social network.
Ukrainian women wear rings on any of her fingers. Please note that wearing a ring on any finger in Eastern European countries doesn’t mean a lady is married.
The woman refuses to communicate with you on social media platforms when you’ve found her social media page on the Internet.
The woman has placed her dating profile on other online dating websites. She might choose to do that in order to increase her chance of meeting the future partner. If she doesn’t know that her dating profile is used on another dating website, that dating website might not be reliable.
TIPS TO AVOID SCAMMING
Don’t send money to a woman. If a woman asks you for money, please contact us.
Have audio/video chats regularly (not just text chats only).
Organize real meetings with women, plan it together instead of endless online chats and videos which they may accept like the luck of seriousness.

REFUND POLICY
When a member has submitted a claim for scamming against a particular woman and the claim is approved by our dating website’s administration team, we offer refunds or replacing of the potential match.
When your claim is approved by the administration team of UA Choice Matchmaking you will be fully refunded to your PayPal account directly at your request.
